After the unexpected death of his estranged father, Ron returns to his crumbling and neglected childhood home in Louisiana for the first time in years to claim his inheritance. As he wanders the creaking floorboards and opens doors into gloomy hallways, he makes a discovery: tucked away in a forgotten cabinet, he discovers unsent letters addressed to him, detailing the regrets his father had about their relationship.

Filled with anger, remorse and guilt, Ron heads upstairs to sleep. However, the night is soon disturbed as a supernatural being pounds on the bedroom door, demanding to be let in. An evil witch has arrived and Ron must decide whether to risk his life to find the truth about her or escape before she can cast her wicked curse.
