Synopsis
John Lake (Rossif Sutherland) is an American volunteer doctor working in southern Laos when oneevening on his way home from a local bar, John intervenes in the sexual assault of a young woman andthe violence quickly escalates.
When a body is pulled out of the water the next day, all of the evidence points to John, who quicklyrecognises the nightmare which awaits if he’s captured by the local authorities, and realises that hisonly hope is to reach the US Embassy.
